Experienced Gutter Foreman

TNT Seamless Gutters is currently seeking an experienced Gutter Foreman to lead our installation crew. In this role, you will oversee residential and commercial gutter installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a motivated leader with strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and hands-on experience in gutter installation or related construction work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a crew during seamless gutter installations
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards
  • Coordinate with customers on-site and address questions professionally
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment
  • Train and mentor newer team members
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

Requirements

  • 2+ years of gutter installation or related construction experience
  • Leadership or crew management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
